PURPOSE OF THERAPY
Therapy offers each person an opportunity to:
- Examine critical issues of concern that interfere with personal, family, social and work relationships.
- Identify and understand the problems occurring in response to the issues.
- Formulate decisions and take the necessary action that is beneficial to psycho-social and physical health.
THERAPY CAN LEAD TO FULFILLMENT
HOPE, INTERIOR STRENGTH and FREEDOM are outcomes of therapy. HOPE makes it much easier to respond to real or imagined losses and fears. When individuals or family members have HOPE they also have INTERIOR STRENGTH to face and become free of whatever it is that brought them into therapy and free of situations or events that may pose a threat in the future. This Freedom supports their full responsible participation in their present and future relationships in a manner that reflects a healthy acceptance of self and others.
